Wakyin, born Christian Rivera-Joaquin on July 4th, 1996 in Orlando, Florida, has become a vibrant force in the music scene, drawing from his rich Dominican and Puerto Rican heritage. His early life in neighborhoods steeped in the lively sounds of merengue, bachata, and salsa shaped his musical path. Encouraged by his family's love for music, Christian was drawn to the art of mixing beats at a young age, laying the groundwork for a future in music that would captivate listeners worldwide.
